据介绍,这款新品的**升级在于内置的工业物联网模块,可实现设备运行数据的实时采集与云端分析。通过配套的手机APP或电脑管理系统,企业管理人员能远程监控设备的折弯次数、能耗数据、故障预警等信息,甚至可通过AI算法预测易损部件的使用寿命,提前安排维护,将设备停机时间减少40%以上。某汽车零部件企业试用后反馈,该功能帮助其将设备综合效率从65%提升至82%。在人机交互层面,设备搭载了语音控制系统,操作人员只需说出“折弯角度120度”“板材厚度2毫米”等指令,系统便能自动匹配参数,配合3D模拟折弯预览功能,新手培训周期缩短至传统设备的1/3。同时,设备支持与企业ERP、MES系统无缝对接,生产订单可直接转化为折弯程序,省去人工编程环节,单批次生产准备时间缩短2小时以上。陇博智能研发总监在发布会上强调:“纯电折弯机的***目标不仅是替代液压设备,更是通过数字化打通生产全链路。我们的新品已实现从设计图纸到成品的全流程数据闭环,这将为钣金加工行业的智能化转型提供关键支撑。”目前,该设备已在新能源电池壳体、医疗器械配件等高精度加工场景完成试点应用,预计年内将批量投放市场。

Through the accompanying mobile APP or computer management system, enterprise managers can remotely monitor information such as the number of bends, energy consumption data, and fault warnings of the equipment. They can even use AI algorithms to predict the service life of vulnerable components and arrange maintenance in advance, reducing equipment downtime by more than 40%. After being tested by an automotive parts company, feedback indicated that this function helped them increase the equipment's overall efficiency from 65% to 82%. In terms of human-computer interaction, the equipment is equipped with a voice control system. Operators only need to say instructions such as "bending angle 120 degrees" and "sheet thickness 2 millimeters", and the system can automatically match the parameters and cooperate with the 3D simulation bending preview function. The training period for novice operators is shortened to one-third of that of traditional equipment. Liang Bo Intelligent's R&D director emphasized at the press conference: "The ultimate goal of the all-electric bending machine is not only to replace hydraulic equipment, but also to打通 the entire production chain through digitalization.
